Plastic Sheet Extrusion

Thermoforming plastic sheet extrusion is a process in which plastic particles are heated and melted then extruded into plastic sheets. The extruded sheet material is processed either in types of roll stocks or flat sheets for secondary processing, such as vacuum forming, printing, folding, die-cutting. And the raw materials for plastic sheet extrusion are typically PP, HIPS, LDPE, HDPE, PET, PVC, etc.
